Advertise or Sponsor

Advertising and sponsored material must be lawful, accurate, substantiated, rights-cleared and appropriate for an independent information resource. CBDC LLC may request supporting evidence and may decline or remove material that is misleading, unlawful or unsuitable.

1. CBDC LLC does not accept advertising or sponsorship that promotes, or comes from a business whose main activity is: a. the issue, sale, exchange, custody or promotion of cryptoassets, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs or initial coin offerings; b. investment schemes, trading signals, high-yield or guaranteed-return products, or binary options and similar speculative products; c. financial promotions that have not been approved or made by a person authorised to do so under the law of the place where they are shown; d. gambling, betting or lotteries; e. payday loans, debt-relief schemes or credit repair; f. adult content, weapons, tobacco, vaping or illegal drugs; or g. anything that suggests endorsement by, or affiliation with, a central bank, government or public authority. 2. CBDC LLC does not accept advertising or sponsorship from, or for the benefit of, any person or entity subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom or the European Union, or located in a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory. 3. CBDC LLC carries out identity and sanctions checks on advertisers and sponsors before accepting any campaign. It may request company registration documents and details of beneficial ownership. 4. Advertising and sponsorship fees are paid only by bank transfer or card from an account in the advertiser's own name. CBDC LLC does not accept payment in cryptoassets or from third parties. 5. CBDC LLC may decline or withdraw any advertising or sponsorship at its sole discretion.

Paid content will carry a clear Sponsored or Advertisement label and identify the sponsor. Advertisers cannot buy or direct tracker classifications, status assessments, research methodology or editorial conclusions. CBDC LLC retains editorial control.

Enquiries should include the advertiser identity, proposed material, supporting evidence, destination links, requested placement and schedule. Publication requires written acceptance and approval of the final copy and creative. An enquiry alone does not reserve inventory or constitute approval.

Pricing, currency, deliverables, invoice timing, due dates, taxes, cancellation and any refund terms are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Request a quote for current pricing; campaign scope and terms are confirmed individually in writing.
